With extensive experience across design, installation, and construction management, Cody has delivered projects exceeding $15 million spanning multi-residential, high-rise, health, education, and commercial sectors. His capability in managing complex hydraulic, fire, and civil works has earned him a strong reputation for quality, safety, and compliance. Cody’s leadership, paired with his technical depth, ensures every project is driven with clarity, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence from early planning through to completion.

Terri brings a wealth of cross-industry experience to SSQ, combining strategic financial leadership with a people-focused approach to organisational development. Her background across health, mining, manufacturing, construction, and finance has shaped her ability to strengthen teams while navigating complex compliance and operational landscapes. With postgraduate qualifications in Business and HR, Terri balances commercial insight with genuine care for culture, sustainability, and long-term stability. Her leadership continues to support SSQ’s growth and empower the people who drive it.

Craig offers deep, hands-on expertise across civil, commercial, and maintenance plumbing, delivering projects ranging from multi-residential and education to large-scale industrial, warehouse, and fitout developments. Widely known as SSQ’s “MacGyver,” he’s recognised for his practical ingenuity, technical problem-solving, and ability to navigate the most challenging site conditions. Craig’s commitment to mentoring the next generation has played a key role in fostering a culture of learning, capability, and consistent high standards across the team.

Ethan brings deep, hands-on capability and unwavering commitment to the SSQ Group, with three trades under his belt. As a qualified Boilermaker, Carpenter, and Plumber, Ethan is known for his broad technical expertise and his ability to find practical solutions in complex situations. Starting his journey with SSQ as a Maintenance Plumber, Ethan has progressed through dedication and consistent performance to become a Commercial Plumbing Project Manager. His career pathway reflects not only his strong work ethic and ambition, but also his commitment to strengthening team culture and setting a high standard for those around him.

Chelsea brings strong adaptability, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach to the SSQ Group. With experience across real estate, finance, manufacturing, export sales, and hospitality management, she contributes a well-rounded commercial mindset to project delivery. Starting with SSQ as an Office Manager, Chelsea streamlined and established core administrative procedures and systems that strengthened internal efficiency and consistency. After completing a Project Management qualification, she progressed into the role of Contracts Administrator, where she continues to build capability across project administration, including finance, compliance, document control, contract management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting. Recognised for her critical thinking, attention to detail, and proactive approach, Chelsea plays a key role in supporting SSQ’s high standards of project control, compliance, and administrative excellence.
